I used Brilhante flowers for my recent birthday party, and the arrangements were STUNNING! We ordered a small handheld bouquet for my graduation (with photo references provided during ordering) and were given a HUUUUGE vase arrangement tied together rather loosely that was almost two feet tall. I had to completely take it apart and rewrap the flowers to remove nearly half of the bouquet that was made of dry wilting greens covered in small brown spots (pictured below). The flowers were wrapped using a huge amount of duct tape under the ribbon which made it very difficult to fix. I have been very pleased with their vase arrangements in the past but I am very disappointed with this experience ordering a bouquet, because it seemed like my bouquet was just thrown together last minute using less than lively flowers.

I order from this florist for all the holidays for my mom‘s floral arrangements. I live in Florida so trusting a Florist to do a good job and deliver beautiful flowers is a huge thing for me.
